Petito has been MIA since she talked to her mother on August 25 after visiting Laundrie in the western United States.

Since returning to his range in North Port without Petito on September 1, Laundrie has refused to cooperate with police, leading her family to declare her missing on September 11.

Shortly after the demonstration began, North Port Police and the FBI entered the Laundrie house at the request of Brian Laundrie’s parents, who had never interacted with law enforcement before.
